Job Description Purpose The Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing will manage the commercial operations across our 2 London properties. Main Duties Develop the strategic objectives related to both the sales and marketing function in corroboration with the Managing Director Create and implement yearly marketing plans for promotional events and product launches for each property Establish partnerships in order to increase revenue and sales for each property Create brand awareness and position for each property Maintain awareness of current and future competitors product, pricing and marketing programs to be in a position to proactively response to market conditions Responsible for all market segment sales strategies & actions for the London properties (including rooms, restaurants, bars, spa and private event space) Build positive working relationships with revenue management and all departments within the properties Responsible for all Marketing & Public Relations for the London properties – liaison and inclusion in meetings and strategy Responsible for the Revenue Management and Reservations teams for London.
