We’re on the lookout for a Porter who is committed to excellence, thrives in a team setting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Porter, you will play a key role in providing an efficient, polite and courteous service on arrival and departure of guests in the Hotel, helping carry their luggage in/out of the hotel and to/from their rooms

What You Will Do

  • Greeting and assisting guests on arrival and departure.
  • Delivering and collecting luggage and assisting with the delivery of guest requests.
  • Taking and delivering room service orders.
  • Assisting with guests requests in the front lobby area.
  • Ordering and delivering newspapers, housekeeping and valet duties.
  • Ensuring the lobby area is kept clean and up to high standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as Luggage Porter / Porter in luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent social interaction and communication skills.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach with self driven attitude and a team spirit.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Flexible with tasks carried out and shifts worked as part of the rota covers 24 hours over 7 days.
