The property features 144 bedrooms and 19 private residences, offering a modern sanctuary in the city.

COMO The Halkin is a 41 bedroom hotel conceived as a cocooning ‘Home from Home’ on a quiet street in London Belgravia.

The classic proportions, arched windows and Georgian brick exteriors matched with elegant interiors create a feel of a private home

The Role

We are seeking a passionate

Learning & Development Manager to drive training and development across our London properties – COMO Metropolitan and COMO The Halkin.

This is a hands‑on, strategic role with a real impact on the growth and engagement of our team members.

What You Will Do

  • Assess learning needs across both properties, identifying organisational and individual skill gaps.
  • Align learning initiatives with hotel and company objectives to enhance performance and drive success.
  • Lead COMO Welcome, our onboarding program, creating an engaging introduction to COMO’s culture and core values.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and data‑driven strategies.
  • Design and deliver impactful, tailored training programs to enhance skills and service excellence.
  • Develop brand‑specific learning content and compelling resources for our online training platform.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand unique training requirements and ensure alignment with group goals.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in a learning manager or L&D role within the hospitality industry.
  • A strong leader passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Highly organised with the ability to self‑manage, prioritise, and deliver consistently.
