We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who will be accountable for achieving quota by selling Commvault solutions into a defined account list that may include current Commvault customers and high value prospects!

The Account Executive plans, coordinates, leads and controls balanced sales growth, account penetration and positive customer outcomes on a long-term multi-quarter basis. This individual may lead a cross-functional and matrixed sales team and is responsible for crafting sales campaigns to penetrate and expand their target accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual quotas by selling to new and established, large and complex prospects and customers.
  • Develop and implement Strategic account plans for target account expansion and new account acquisition, including performance objectives, financial targets and personal goals for a one and three-year period.
  • Build sales campaigns into target accounts and closely coordinate company executive involvement with customer/prospect leadership.
  • Construct and deliver tangible business proposals at the CXO level including financial (return on investment & TCO), technical and strategic value propositions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients, improving the use of internal sales tools and processes to drive opportunities to a successful close.
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with new and existing partners and alliances.
  • Negotiate and close deals following the company’s practices and processes.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant industry, Commvault and competitive knowledge.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrable success in Data Security Software / SaaS sales at the enterprise level; selling six-and-seven figure deals and handling an integrated selling team.
  • Knowledge of Data management / Data security industry, products, competitors, history, emerging trends and changing marketplace.
  • Proven success in identifying, establishing relationships and selling directly and with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; inspirational speaker and presenter.
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal & written).
  • Willingness to be present in London on a weekly basis.
