Global Mission Statement

From the side project of an entrepreneurial university student to an award-winning global company, Commusoft continues to evolve and has a positive impact in the field service software market. Since 2006, we’ve transformed not only our services and offerings but also the business operations of thousands of service companies that rely on our software daily.

Inclusion and Belonging at Commusoft

Our clients come from all walks of life, and so do we. We draw upon our talented and diverse team of different cultures, backgrounds, and life experiences to ensure the success of our business. We have a ‘culture-add’ mindset rather than ‘culture-fit’ when it comes to our hiring process, and we intend to genuinely drive transformational change when it comes to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. If you’re eager to take clients on a journey and help transform field service businesses for the better, you’ll be at home at Commusoft.

What you’ll do:

  • We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, data-driven Product Manager to help build and establish our Product function from the ground up and shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. This is a foundational role where you’ll define how product management operates at Commusoft while owning a product area end-to-end — setting the roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and delivering features that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, client operation, and sales to introduce product-led ways of working, ensure strong alignment across teams, and make sure what we build delivers measurable value for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Jason (our Founder) and Raja (our CTO).

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for your domain.

  • Build and refine the product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, business priorities, and stakeholder input.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives.
  • Lead customer discovery to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows through interviews, data analysis, and feedback loops.
  • Use analytics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product decisions.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering to refine scope, prioritise work, and deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Collaborate with design to create intuitive, user-centric experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and client operations to ensure successful product launches.
  • Support go-to-market planning, value propositions, and product messaging.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of product releases.
  • Lead data-driven post-launch reviews and iterate based on insights.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and user empathy.

Your skills, behaviours and values:

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product metrics, and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience with complex B2B products, integrations, or enterprise workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and translating complex concepts into clear requirements.
  • Experience with product discovery methodologies (e.g., JTBD, user research, prototyping).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
  • Empathy for users and a passion for solving meaningful problems.
  • Able to travel 3-5 times per year to signature clients mostly in the UK but also USA and India.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary is £65,000 per year. The other elements of your compensation include: 23 days off (increase with tenure) plus the UK bank holidays, private healthcare cover, £50 monthly gym contribution, pension contribution, a MacBook Air, remote working over Christmas and during the summer period, up to 5 days holiday-buy-in-scheme, enhanced parental leave after 2 years tenure, drinks and snacks provided at our new modern workspace next to Elephant & Castle underground station.

And you’d probably like to know that we have a hybrid working model (10 days a month in the office minimum) but it is an open door so feel free to come in more if you’d like! Please note that for the first month you will be required to come in full-time 8.30am-5.30pm.
