We are looking for... A talented Graphic Designer who excels in Figma and Canva Teams to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who loves creating cohesive, high-quality digital/static assets that elevate brand presence across every touchpoint. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand Gen teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life through visually compelling and consistent design that resonates with our clients.
What you'll do:
- Design high-impact static illustrations for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, website components, ads, social content, leaflets, tradeshow collateral, email layouts, and product visuals, all designed in Figma and Canva Teams.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to conceptualise and develop creative ideas that support brand and growth goals.
- Maintain and evolve our visual identity across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.
- Support product and customer storytelling with UI mockups, feature visuals, illustrations, diagrams, and other product-related assets.
- Create content (including templates) using the available suite of software tools and manage all content libraries across relevant platforms (Google Drive, WordPress, Canva, Figma, etc).
- Optimise designs for performance, usability, and clarity, especially in fast-paced campaign cycles.
- Partner with web, content, and demand gen teams to ensure assets are delivered in the right formats and ready for deployment.
Your skills, behaviours and values:
- Proven experience as a B2B Graphic Designer, ideally in SaaS or Tech industries.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva Teams for both design and prototyping (we don't use Adobe Photoshop). Proficiency in Google Drive and WordPress too.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across web, social, campaigns, and product-adjacent visuals.
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into simple and compelling visuals.
- Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary & Benefits
£20,400 is the part-time salary for this role (£34,000 full-time), working 3 days per week. The other elements of your compensation include: 14 days off + 8 UK bank holidays, £50 monthly gym contribution, pension contribution, a MacBook Air, remote working over Christmas and during the summer period, up to 5 days holiday-buy-in-scheme, drinks and snacks provided at our new modern workspace next to Elephant & Castle underground station. And you'd probably like to know that we have a hybrid working model (1 day per week in the office) but it is an open door so feel free to come in more if you'd like! Please note that for the first month you will be required to come in 3 days per week 8.30am-5.30pm.
