Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education, and advocacy. Our objective is to empower people to manage their own health with improved outcomes and no medical errors.
We are recruiting a volunteer Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage supporters, and drive fundraising efforts, while also recruiting and managing a volunteer team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the charity\βs overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and consistent with the charity\βs messaging.
- Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Recruit, train, and develop marketing staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and media contacts.
- Present the charity at events and conferences where possible.
- Advocate for the charity\βs mission and work.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support fundraising efforts.
- Contribute to the development of fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Analyze fundraising data to identify areas for improvement.
