Clanmil Housing Association is recruiting a Housing Officer to provide an effective patch management service across our Northern Ireland sites. You will ensure tenancies are managed, help people sustain tenancies, manage rental income and oversee service delivery to customers in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housing/support services or tenancy management or community development, excellent IT skills and the ability to organise a busy workload.
