Community Care Worker - Belfast

Permanent | Up to 35hrs/week

We are growing our team and looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who want to make a real difference in their community. Join us in supporting people to live independently in their own homes.

Pay Rate

• £13.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
• £13.60 per hour – Saturday & Sunday
• One Weekend On/One Weekend Off

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting meal preparation and medication prompts
• Promoting independence and dignity

Essential Criteria

• Compassionate and caring nature
• Access to a car and full driving licence
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Registration with NISCC (or willingness to register)
