We're soon to move to Eastbourne Town Hall in Grove Road and we'll be starting to offer our digital drop‑ins in a beautiful space in this lovely civic building. We're looking for adult volunteers to help us make visitors feel welcomed and comfortable. No digital skills are necessary but it's the ideal opportunity for someone who likes to chat to people and who can make anyone feel welcome to our space.

Most of the people who come to ask for digital help have other things going on in their lives and often need a friendly ear. Sometimes, we can provide other information and assistance. Other times, we can help people by helping them access other important services. Sometimes, just sharing a cuppa and biscuit goes a long way to making visitors feel valued and less isolated. It's a vital part of our face to face service.
