This year we celebrate our 80th Anniversary. The Chaseley is one of the UK’s few charity‑owned care homes specialising in providing long‑term care for 55 residents with complex neuro‑disabilities such as a Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Motor Neurone Disease. We are looking to recruit new volunteers to join our wonderful existing Volunteer Team to support us in the many activities we organise for our residents.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

  • Chat with residents in the coffee lounge each day to share tea or coffee and socialise.
  • Take part in arts and crafts activities that take place with residents throughout the week.
  • Take part in bingo and quizzes that occur during the week.
  • Assist with gardening in our beautiful seafront gardens, helping to maintain the gardens and improving the quality of life for our residents.
  • Take part in events such as the Chaseley Nightclub and other evening and day activities.
