The Chief Executive Officer will ensure inspirational and effective management and leadership of Community Works to enable it to fulfil its charitable objectives. The role will ensure delivery of the new five-year plan and continue to develop and successfully deliver the other services and responses of the charity.
The CEO is responsible for continuing to build a high performing and motivated staff team, generating income, ensuring project and service plans are successfully implemented, measuring the impact of the charity’s work, managing external stakeholders and confidentially representing the charity in a number of diverse settings.
