Pfister Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our supportive, team-oriented practice. We are a full-service animal hospital offering medical care, grooming, boarding, and rehabilitation—all in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians and technicians in exams and procedures
  • Safely restrain patients and document vital signs
  • Collect and run lab samples (blood, fecal, urine)
  • Take radiographs and assist with surgery/dental prep
  • Maintain hospital cleanliness and equipment
  • Perform basic treatments (nail trims, ear cleanings, etc.)
  • Support client communication and medical record accuracy
