Based at the vibrant community centre in London, this pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our research, publishing, and policy work both nationally and internationally. RJ4All is seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to join our team as Research & Policy Director.

This role involves leading high-impact projects, driving our evidence and policy agenda, and collaborating closely with our UK and European teams, as well as RJ4All Publications and RJ4All Education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences or law, proven research and policy experience, and a deep commitment to equality, human rights, and restorative justice.
