The Indoamerican Refugee & Migrant Organisation is looking for an Operations Manager to help with the delivery of high-quality services. This is a varied and fast-paced position with a high level of responsibility. The post holder will play an integral role in the smooth running of the organisation and the delivery of high-quality services to our users.

They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of:

  • Finances
  • Health and safety
  • IT and facilities
  • HR

As well as the management of our Health and Wellbeing Projects and our Welcome Area. Working as part of the Senior Management Team, the post holder will also play an important role in supporting the implementation of organisational projects and strategies, including IRMO’s Business Plan and Communications Strategy; developing policies and procedures; and ensuring quality standards are adhered to.

Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: IRMO’s office (London, SW9 7JP)

Contract type: Permanent

Reporting to: IRMO’s Director

Salary band: £33,209 to £37,377
