Community Partners are supporting an NHS client in the appointment of an experienced Director of Transformation (VSM) to provide senior leadership across a critical portfolio of improvement and change. This is a high impact role requiring a proven transformation leader who can operate at executive level and drive delivery across strategy, business planning and operational execution.
The organisation is seeking support across key priorities including operational performance, financial improvement and the embedding of clinical best practice.
The Director of Transformation will work closely with the executive team and senior clinical leaders to shape and deliver a Trust-wide transformation agenda. Key areas of focus will include:
- Leading the development and delivery of the organisational transformation strategy
- Supporting business planning and the delivery of key strategic priorities
- Driving operational performance improvement across core services
- Identifying and delivering sustainable financial improvement opportunities
- Embedding clinical best practice and service redesign across pathways
- Providing strong programme governance and delivery oversight
- Engaging confidently with clinical teams, corporate functions and system partners
- Building momentum, pace and accountability across complex change programmes
We are looking for candidates with:
- Significant senior transformation leadership experience within the NHS (Executive level)
- A strong track record delivering complex operational and financial improvement programmes
- Credibility working with Boards, executives and senior clinicians
- Experience leading service redesign and quality improvement at scale
- Excellent programme delivery discipline alongside strategic insight
- The ability to provide hands-on leadership in pressured environments
Contract Details:
