Role Description
We are recruiting for a CRM Developer to support a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, focusing on implementation activity, platform updates and ongoing application support. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary circa £60,000 plus £5,750 car allowance, with limited flexibility available for exceptional candidates. The successful individual will play a critical role in maintaining platform stability, managing Microsoft wave updates and driving continuous improvement across the CRM estate while reducing technical debt and enhancing overall system capability. Working closely with technology, commercial and operational stakeholders, this role will ensure the Dynamics platform continues to evolve in line with business needs and remains robust, scalable and fit for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compatibility updates aligned to Microsoft’s bi annual wave releases in April and October
- Identify, assess and resolve breaking changes linked to wave updates, plugins and custom integrations
- Monitor CRM dashboards, views and mailboxes, proactively identifying errors, failures and performance issues
- Deploy solutions into the live CRM environment in line with governance and release protocols
- Support the reduction of technical debt across the Dynamics implementation
- Drive continuous improvement across system functionality, stability and user experience
- Support data cleansing activities and tooling across the CRM platform
- Provide proactive system monitoring, alerting management to risks, issues and optimisation opportunities
Essential Experience
- Proven experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong delivery experience across Dynamics 365 Sales Module
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Journey modules
- Hands on experience delivering coded CRM solutions
- Experience using Visual Studio Code for Dynamics development work
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate Flow including updates, builds and optimisation
- Understanding of data cleansing tooling and processes within Dynamics environments
Desirable Experience
- JavaScript development capability
- .NET development exposure
- Experience implementing or supporting CI/CD build pipelines for CRM deployment
- Exposure to enterprise scale CRM environments within engineering, construction or infrastructure sectors
