Client Overview
Our client is a FTSE 250 listed engineering and infrastructure organisation delivering complex, large-scale programmes across the UK. With a workforce of several thousand employees and a strong regional operational footprint, the business is currently investing significantly in digital enablement and productivity transformation, with AI adoption forming a central pillar of its forward strategy. The organisation is mobilising an enterprise-wide deployment programme aimed at embedding AI tooling, driving workforce productivity and enabling more advanced innovation use cases across its operational and corporate environments.
As part of this transformation, we are supporting two key interim hires across business change delivery and programme governance.
- Business Change Delivery Lead (AI Deployment Programme)
Day Rate: c. £500–£550 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: Initial 6 months (with 12–18 month programme horizon)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid with UK regional travel
Role Overview
We are appointing a Business Change Delivery Lead to head the organisational adoption workstream of a large-scale enterprise AI deployment programme impacting approximately 1,500 employees. This is a business-led transformation focused on embedding AI productivity tooling across operational and corporate environments. The programme is structured around two strategic pillars:
- Raising the Floor: Driving baseline adoption and productivity use
- Raising the Ceiling: Enabling advanced and innovative AI use cases
Technical delivery is supported by specialist AI consultancies. This role is focused on behavioural change, engagement, mobilisation and adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end business change delivery plan
- Drive organisational adoption and engagement
- Coordinate multi-region deployment activity
- Establish stakeholder forums and governance structures
- Oversee training, communications and promotional campaigns
- Sequence rollout activity across business units
- Monitor adoption metrics and value realisation
- Align change interventions to regional readiness levels
- Partner with technical and communications consultancies
- Support leadership in embedding long-term capability
Deployment spans six regions:
- Scotland
- North East of England
- London
- Home Counties
- Central & West
Each region is operating at a different level of maturity, requiring tailored engagement and rollout strategies.
Experience & Profile
We are seeking an experienced Business Change leader with a track record of delivering large-scale adoption programmes.
Essential experience
- Leading enterprise business change or transformation programmes
- Driving behavioural and habit change at scale
- Coordinating multi-site or regional deployments
- Designing and executing adoption strategies
- Stakeholder engagement across complex organisations
Relevant programme backgrounds may include:
- Microsoft Co-Pilot or M365 adoption
- SharePoint or collaboration platform rollouts
- SAP or ERP deployments
- Enterprise technology transformation programmes
This is not a technical delivery role. Technical solutioning is managed elsewhere – the focus is mobilisation, engagement and sustainable adoption.

Location: Coventry 1–2 days per week (typically Monday–Wednesday)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation programme within a FTSE 250 engineering organisation. This role will sit within the central programme function, supporting senior delivery leadership and ensuring robust governance, reporting and coordination across a portfolio of change initiatives, including a high-profile AI deployment programme. The successful candidate will be expected to step in with minimal onboarding, taking ownership of cyclical PMO activity and providing hands-on project support where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme governance and PMO framework activity
- Coordinate IT Steering Group materials and outputs
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting packs
- Deliver project assurance and health tracking
- Maintain RAID logs, plans and governance artefacts
- Provide portfolio insights and performance analysis
- Support continuous improvement across PMO processes
- Track financials including cost centres, actuals and forecasting
- Monitor resource allocation and project man-day reporting
- Provide ad-hoc project coordination support as required
In addition to core PMO duties, the role may support:
- AI deployment workstreams
- Project mobilisation activity
- PPM tool upgrade initiatives
Experience & Profile
We are looking for a disciplined PMO professional with the confidence and capability to operate autonomously within a complex delivery environment.
Essential experience
- Demonstrable PMO Analyst experience within large programmes
- Strong governance and reporting capability
- Experience supporting steering committees and leadership forums
- Financial tracking and project cost reporting exposure
- Portfolio-level coordination and assurance
Personal Attributes

- Confident challenging and probing where required

- Able to operate across multiple reporting lines
Industry sector experience is helpful but not essential - PMO discipline and programme familiarity are the priority.
