Battle Scars is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to support volunteers across services in a hybrid role with Leeds-based meetings.

You will oversee induction, training, and ongoing development, ensuring accurate records and reliable volunteer cover while liaising with external organisations and supporting hub operations.

The role requires lived experience of self-harm, experience with volunteers, and strong organisational and communication skills; DBS is required and Battle Scars covers the cost.
