We have recently secured funding to launch an ambitious Strategic Development Programme aimed at transforming our service delivery and branding to better meet the needs of our community. To lead this transformation, we are currently seeking an experienced Consultant (or group of consultants) with deep roots in the charity sector and local insight into Leeds.
About the Role
We are looking for a professional to oversee a diverse range of strategic goals, including:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conducting feasibility studies and leading consultation events across Leeds.
- Infrastructure & Branding: Supporting a new CRM implementation, overseeing a website redesign, and launching accessible new branding.
- Community Impact: Planning support activities for minoritised people with hearing loss and delivering peer-led sessions.
- Organisational Growth: Evaluating internal impact tools and identifying training needs for staff and trustees.
