AgeUK Leeds is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator for Linking Leeds in Leeds. The role is based across community venues, GP practices, and occasional home working, with the Linking Leeds office at The Reginald Centre, LS7 3EX.
You will help people access local groups and activities to boost health and wellbeing, build independence, and create tailored Wellbeing plans for individual needs. A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required. Closing date: 8th October 2026.
