Northpoint in Leeds is seeking an Operational Team Manager to lead and develop our Talking Therapies team within the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service. You will provide line management, supervision and workforce planning to ensure safe, effective and timely mental health support across Leeds.

The role is fixed-term maternity cover, 28 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary of £39,509 per annum (£49,387 full-time equivalent).
