The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Wood Green, London N22 (4 days office / 1 day home)

You will take ownership of a cohort of learners in apprenticeships with a focus on project management, delivering curriculum, workshops, assessments and guiding learners to successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Experience tutoring and assessing apprenticeships, including workplace assessment
  • Strong background in project management, leadership or management roles
  • Assessor qualification (e.g. A1/D32, CAVA, PGCE, L4 Cert Ed)
  • Confident IT skills and experience with online apprenticeship platforms (Aptem experience a bonus)
  • Knowledge of the NHS and primary care is an advantage

You will work with the apprenticeship team to recruit, select and onboard learners, develop learning schemes, deliver online and face-to-face workshops, and conduct assessment, providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage learners and manage onboarding
  • Deliver curriculum, workshops, and assessments
  • Maintain accurate learner progress records per apprenticeship assessment organisation requirements
  • Report to the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery and support continuous quality improvement
  • Ensure compliance and reporting for assessment and learning outcomes
