Are you passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our apprenticeship team, working with learners undertaking Leadership & Management programmes.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape your delivery—running small-group online and in-person workshops, assessing learner progress, and creating engaging, dynamic content that really makes a difference. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid management experience and a strong understanding of apprenticeship standards.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging training sessions and assessments (virtual and face-to-face)
- Design schemes of work aligned with apprenticeship standards
- Support learners from onboarding through to End Point Assessment
- Collaborate with employers, line managers and internal quality teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with awarding body standards
What you’ll bring:
- A background in management, leadership, or business administration
- Experience tutoring and assessing apprentices (ideally with A1/CAVA/TAQA)
- Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
- Passion for learning, with a learner-first mindset
Nice to have: Experience in NHS or Primary Care settings and familiarity with Aptem.
