Are you an experienced and passionate care professional looking for a rewarding leadership role?

We are a values led organisation and we are seeking a flexible and motivated Peripatetic Locality SupportManager to provide management support across our supported living and domiciliary care services for people with learning and physical disabilities.

Working across a variety of locations, including Swansea and Beath Port Talbot, you will lead and develop teams, oversee staff recruitment, supervision and training, manage rotas and budgets, drive quality assurance and compliance, and ensure the delivery of person-centred, active support that enables individuals to achieve their personal outcomes.

You will need to have a strong understanding of social care legislation, safeguarding, health and safety, moving and handling, positive behaviour support, the Mental Capacity Act and GDPR, alongside experience of working with external agencies and multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have a QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), be confident in coaching staff, chairing meetings, supporting service development, managing complex situations including disciplinary processes, and promoting community inclusion and independence.

This role requires flexibility to work across services, participate in the on-call rota, and travel as needed, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering outstanding care and support. Welsh language skills are desirable.

As a valued member of our team you will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including:

  • Additional annual leave after 5 year’s service.
  • Long Service Award (at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years service)
  • A generous Company Sick Pay Scheme (Up to 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay)
  • Social Care Wales Registration fees paid by the Company.
  • Work mileage reimbursed at 65p per mile.
  • Training programme to gain recognised Qualifications paid for by the Consortium.
  • Refer a Friend Scheme
  • Reimbursement of Blue Light Card fee.
  • Discount at local coffee shops.
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • A generous Company Pension Scheme
  • Support and Wellbeing Advice Service
  • Opportunities for you own personal development via Learning Loans
  • Right to Request: Time to Train and Flexible Working

All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory pre-employment health declaration, proof of right to work in the UK, full employment history and references.
