The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will support people to live independently and stay connected to their local communities.
This may include providing companionship, encouraging hobbies and interests, personal care and assistance with medication.
This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to someone's life every day.
We are looking for people who are kind, reliable and passionate about supporting others. Experience is welcome but not essential. If you are new to care, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Welsh language skills would be an advantage but are not required.
