Advanced Support Worker – Worcester, UK (Driving licence essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, helping them thrive in a purpose‑built supported living environment.
- Implement Positive Behavioural Support strategies to manage challenging behaviours and enhance overall well‑being.
- Promote independence and personal growth, fostering trusting relationships with individuals and families.
- Mentor and lead by example, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Engage in reflective practice to maintain high quality of care.
Requirements
- Level 3 social care qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in mental health, autism, and forensic settings (preferred).
- Strong empathy, patience, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving ability, and resilience.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
