Working closely with the Service Leader, Support Workers and the individuals we support, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day‑to‑day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person‑centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts: 07:00-14:30 | 13:30-21:00 | 21:00-07:00 (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for night shifts only
Contract: 37.5-hour temporary contract for a minimum of 6 months. This may be extended or made permanent at a later date.
Driving License Required: No
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with cycling, rambling, baking, listening to music and visiting local coffee shops
- Ensuring their safety and comfort overnight
