We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive Team and Communications function. This is a pivotal role that ensures smooth operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and contributes directly to our strategic objectives.
This is a full-time permanent role, and the successful candidate will need to be based within an hour’s commute of our head office in Widnes as you will be required to attend the office at least once a week.

You can work from home, or from our head office in Widnes, or a flex between the two. There will be a requirement to travel to our head office at least once a week.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
You’ll be the go-to person for diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and inbox oversight, while also supporting key communications and people projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy building strong relationships, this role is for you.
Day to Day:
- Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle inboxes for Executive Team members, ensuring priorities are met and time is optimised.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare agendas, book rooms and travel, and oversee logistics for high-profile meetings and events.
- Financial Administration: Process expenses, credit card reconciliations, and Agresso transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Communications Support: Assist with stock management, reward and recognition schemes, and budget tracking for the Communications team.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare board papers, track actions, and support governance processes to maintain organisational transparency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships internally and externally, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

- Financial administration experience, including expenses and procurement systems (Agresso or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Desirable:
- Project management experience or qualifications.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR knowledge.
- Experience in communications support and event coordination.
