Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Team in Widnes. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working with options to work from home or regional offices and occasional travel to Widnes as required.
You will provide expert advice, coaching and support to the Regional People Team on complex ER matters, help ensure fair policies, and contribute to the upskilling of leaders through training and projects to continually improve our ER.
