About the Role
The Service Leader will guide a team of support workers to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities thrive in their own homes. You will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day routines, planning activities and holidays, and ensuring all individuals receive safe, high‑quality care.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of support workers.
- Ensure compliance with standards of person‑centred care and clinical safety.
- Drive performance, set the pace and direction within services.
- Promote a positive and passionate culture across teams.
- Ensure services are appropriately and effectively resourced to meet outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant professional qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above is desirable).
- Experience in a health or social care setting, including managing intensive support plans.
- Positive, proactive and approachable with a flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Comfortable using basic IT systems.
