Our Supported Living Service in Hemsworth, WF9 is seeking 1 x Female Support Worker to provide support to our residents. This position is for Maternity Cover and is for 40hrs per week and is due to end on 29 May 2027. Mix of Days and Nights.

Carlton Close is a supported living project for 3 individuals with learning disabilities, 24 hours a day. The property is a bungalow set in a quiet cul de sac. It has a large communal open plan dining space, it is wheelchair accessible throughout, a beautiful conservatory and ensuites for all the bedrooms.
Other Information: We will have a core background team on duty 24/7 so there are overnight shifts and we will provide additional 1:1 support, ranging from personal care, housekeeping, and meals to days out and trips to the shops and activities.
