About the People You’ll Support
The six individuals we support live independently in their own purpose-built bungalows in Tullibody. They have learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and hearing or visual impairments. They are in the first phase of living independently, so patience, compassion and understanding are essential. They enjoy:
- Dancing and listening to music
- Spending time with friends and family
- Going out for tea and cake
They also enjoy their own personal interests, including:
- Gardening and caring for animals
- Sports and staying active
- Cooking and baking
- Celebrating and going to parties
Your Role
You’ll be part of a highly supportive, knowledgeable staff team committed to delivering excellent, person-centred care. Alongside encouraging independence and fun, you’ll provide practical support with medication administration, cooking and meal preparation, personal care, maintaining the home, and supporting with finances. You’ll spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
We’re Recruiting For
- Full-time roles (36 hours per week)
- Part-time role (24 hours per week)
- Roles include some weekend work and waking nights
- Bank roles for added flexibility
