About the Role

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Balmedie, Aberdeen. You will provide 1:1 support in a safe, friendly home that is a bungalow on the ground level floor. Each resident has their own flat with a sleep‑over room. The house is on a quiet street with lovely neighbours. The role involves supporting residents with routines, structure and consistency, and encouraging activities such as music, walking, picnics, swimming, ice skating, rollerblading, music therapy, sensory room sessions, reflexology, trampolining, eating out and recycling. We are looking for relief staff and a part‑time member of staff to provide flexible shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support at all times.
  • Offer 2:1 support during day‑service shifts on all outdoor activities.
  • Co‑manage the daily sleep‑over shift from 10:00 am to 10:30 am the following morning.
  • Oversee the day‑service shift from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, delivering 2:1 support and facilitating structured activities.
