Who will you be supporting?
You will three remarkable gentlemen live independently, each in their mid-60s, supported in a way that respects their unique needs and preferences:
One gentleman is courageously rebuilding his life following a life-changing stroke.
Another gentleman lives with Korsakoff\'s Dementia and maintains full capacity, choosing how he lives each day.
The third gentleman, who is non-verbal, receives full support to live a fulfilling life on his own terms.
What is important to us?
Their interests are as varied as they are:
Strolling outdoors (weather permitting)
Visiting the pub with family
Browsing the internet
Enjoying meals and drinks out
Watching or discussing sport
Other Important Information?
There are 2 staff who work day shifts and 2 staff who work night shifts.
Staff are experienced supporting people with mental health, learning disabilities and Dementia. All staff have completed mandatory training and also specialised training.
This role is a waking night position working 8pm till 8am, so you must be able to work waking nights
