WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR EXPERIENCED SUPPORT WORKERS WITH GREAT EXPERIENCE; PBS, TRAUMA BASED CARE AND BEHAVIOURS THAT CHALLENGE! IS THIS YOU?

Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving license but it\’s not essential as we are looking to recruit a large team.

Strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health is more important. It\’s best to have experience in using PBS methods, but we will support you to gain qualifications whilst working in service anyway.

We will help you to develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods (PBS), Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.

During the recruitment process, you will get to meet some of the people we support in a nearby service. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.

The people we support are unique, and have support needs ranging from learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, mental health, and other complex needs, which could mean that they sometimes display behaviours that can challenge. It\’s our mission to ensure the people we support can, and do, lead their best life possible!

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant team player and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
