We are seeking 1 x Part Time Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Garforth, LS25.
Position: 20 hours per week – Day Shifts.
Shift times: 7am to 9pm.
Pay: £13.12 per hour from 1 April 2026 (currently £12.62 per hour).

Who will you be supporting?
- People ranging between 37 and 66 years old.
- Individual needs including mobility issues, non‑verbal communication, and personal care requirements.
- Challenges include autism, learning disabilities, dysphagia, and communication difficulties.
- A trained staff team familiar with supporting us.

Staffing Levels & Shifts
- Maximum: 4 staff morning/afternoon, 1 waking night, 1 sleep‑in. Minimum: 2 staff morning/afternoon, 1 waking night, 1 sleep‑in.
- Usual shifts: 7‑2, 2‑9, 2‑10 sleep, 9‑5.
- Enjoy the same activities we enjoy daily; caring, friendly, empathetic. We will train in all mandatory and specialised training.
