Community Integrated Care is seeking a Female Support Worker to cover maternity leave at our Sunderland-based Supported Living service for 4 adults with learning disabilities.
A full UK driving licence is preferred to assist with activities and appointments.
Shifts run 9am–9pm, with occasional late stays and a sleepover, totaling 30 hours per week.
