We are fun-loving, caring and considerate, and love helping each other around our home.
We all have different jobs that we do, including washing the dishes, hoovering, dusting and other household tasks.
There are always at least 2/3 colleagues on shift.
We like our staff to work mornings and evenings with a mixture of shifts from 9 am to 9 pm, sometimes we may need our support workers to stay back if we are going out late to the pub, social events, concerts, theatre shows etc.
We also have a sleepover that is from 9 pm - 9 am the next day
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. This is why we're really passionate about recruiting to individuals’ values and we recruit people from all walks of life
