Community Integrated Care (CIC) is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities, providing tailored support to people across England and Scotland. We are looking for a relief Support Worker to help individuals in our Stonehaven services live independently in their own homes.

Job Overview

This role involves supporting clients with daily living tasks, medication management, and personal care, ensuring they remain safe, healthy, and engaged. The position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including morning, evening, and overnight time slots.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medication administration support.
  • Assist with cooking and meal preparation.
  • Help with personal care when required.
  • Maintain the client’s home and help manage household finances.
  • Participate in activities such as bingo, gardening, music, and karaoke, encouraging clients to try new things.
  • Work flexible shifts: 7:30 am – 3 pm, 3 pm – 9 pm, and long day/overnight 10 am – 10 am (next day).
  • Collaborate with the support team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
