Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
You will be supporting 4 individuals with varying learning disabilities, autism, Ogilvie syndrome, diabetes and mental health. Staff will be trained in administration of medication, manual handling and positive behavioural support. They are 4 very different individuals but are compatible to live together. They live in a semi-detached house in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. They are a short walk and drive from the pub, park, shops and various other retail and amenities. They enjoy a variety of activities including cooking, drawing, watching TV, arts and crafts, going to the pub and shopping. They have 1 staff on at a time, they mostly spend their day in the Service from Monday to Friday. Shift pattern is anything from 8am to 8pm then a night shift starting at 8pm to 8am the following day. We are looking for a full time support worker for 36 hours.
