Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting a vulnerable individual in their day to day life. The person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best life possible with him.
Our Shifts
- Saturday/Sunday: 10am - 10am the next day (includes a sleepover)
- Mon-Fri: 1.30pm - 10.30am the next day (includes a sleepover)
Shift Requirement: We are ideally recruiting for bank staff with availability for different days and sleepovers

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting a young man to live his daily life in his own home, in the way he wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with going out for walks, going to the gym, volunteering, listening to music, going to discos and going to the theatre
