We are recruiting for part‑time and full‑time Support Workers in WA9, St Helens. Shift patterns include 8 pm–8 am night shift and 8 am–8 pm day shift. Pay £13.12 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal support and companionship to a group of four male housemates aged 40‑68 with diverse needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and mobility requirements.
- Support everyday activities such as meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, moving & positioning, and community outings.
- Maintain routines and respect the residents’ privacy and dignity.
- Communicate regularly with families and the support team, ensuring continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Good listening and encouraging skills
- Willingness to undergo training and learning to support residents
- UK full‑UK driver license preferred (not essential)
- Flexible and reliable availability for day or night shifts
