Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and care to individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, Down syndrome and other complex conditions.
  • Ensure their safety and quality of life at all times, and support them in becoming part of their local and wider community.
  • Work with individuals who present behaviours that require intensive support planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting
  • Full UK Driving licence and registration on the DBS update service
