We are looking for a caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader to join our management team, overseeing 2-3 supported living services in the Sefton area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Support Workers
- Help people live independently in their own homes
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
- Understand and manage challenging behaviours
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Be a visible, hands-on presence in the services

- Driving license and own transport required
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
