Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader based in Elgin.

Requirements:
- If not already registered, required to register.
- Must hold or undertake an SVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification, SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
- Previous experience managing services and teams within a social care setting.
- Experience in a health or social care setting.
- Knowledge of PBS and active support model.
- Comfortable using basic IT systems; training is provided.
- Professional qualification such as nursing, social work or equivalent.
