Responsibilities
- Lead an engaged and motivated team of support workers
- Drive performance, set pace and direction within the service
- Promote a positive, passionate culture and ensure high quality, person‑centred care
- Ensure services are appropriately and effectively resourced to achieve positive outcomes
- Work with individuals who present behaviours requiring intensive support planning and management
- Use basic IT systems required for the role (training will be provided)
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in a health or social care setting
- Leadership experience supervising support workers
- Experience with people requiring intensive support planning and behaviour management
- Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, Care Management Level 3)
- Ability to use basic IT systems
