Role and Responsibilities
The role involves the management of a service in Ellon with experience in a health or social care setting. You will have an upbeat, positive manner and a genuine passion for helping people become part of their local community. You will also have experience working with individuals who present behaviours requiring intensive support planning and management to ensure safety and quality of life at all times. You will be comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role; training can be offered. A professional qualification in Health and Social Care is required (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units in Scotland / Care Management Level 3 in England).
