Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to five residents aged 30‑63 with profound physical and learning needs.
  • Assist with medication administration and clinical tasks including PEG, catheter, and stoma care.
  • Ensure the safety and well‑being of residents during long days, night shifts, and overnight coverage.
  • Participate in sensory activities, walks, theatre trips, and day outings to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Follow the organization’s “Your Life, Your Choice” principles, maintaining dignity, respect, and choice for each resident.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience as a support worker or care assistant preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work and overnight duties.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
  • Positive attitude towards learning new clinical tasks and medication management.
