Join Our Bank Team - Support Worker Role Location: Runcorn Shifts: Early Bird: 07:00 - 09:00 (for staff finishing sleepover shift) Long Day + Sleepover: 09:00 - 22:00 (Sleepover is 22:00 - 07:00)
About the Role:
We’re looking for confident, experienced male Support Workers to join our Bank team supporting a sociable and independent gentleman who loves walks, bowling, and a good chat over tea.
What you’ll need:
- Experience with challenging behaviour
- MAPA & EFA training (or willingness to learn)
- Patience, positivity, and confidence to handle tricky moments calmly

What’s Important:
